When to Implement the BCS Playoff

 

The BCS Playoff System should be implemented in 2014
  • Reason 1:  Allow current 5-year BCS TV contract to be completed

 

  • Reason 2:  Allow universities and athletic departments ample time (4-5 years) to adjust football schedules, budgets, etc. to ensure seamless transition to BCS playoff system
